Villa La Dolce Vita has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is directly connected to a bathroom. There is a washing machine in the storage room and a (very quiet new) dishwasher in the kitchen. The villa has been completely restyled and recently painted inside and outside in beautiful colors.
The architecturally designed large garden in semicircular forms has a blend of around forty different plants and wonderful scents where you can read a book or just doze off. The garden offers you both beautiful views and lots of space and especially lots of privacy. In the evening, the ninety-year-old olive tree is beautifully lit and reflects in the pool water.

In the morning you can get fresh bread from the bar (open from June to September 13) and if you don’t feel like cooking after a day at the Atlantic coast, head to the top restaurant La Ferme de Villeneuve. On the terrace you can enjoy a nice cool beer, for example beer blonde or an excellent French dry white wine. That too is a holiday.

Villa La Dolce Vita has number 114 and is located in a spacious green area that is only allowed for pedestrians.
Behind the deep garden (35 meters) is a small river behind which lies a large public park space.
The villa is situated on a large plot (approximately 35 by 15 meters, a total of approximately 525 square meters).
You cannot see or hear cars or a road from the villa. The situation for the sun is perfect.
There is a parasol and a large awning and there is usually a nice breeze because it is only a few hundred meters from the ocean in a wooded area.
