Villa La Dolce Vita has two bathrooms, one of which is immediately connected to a bedroom, and three cozy bedrooms. The storage room has a washer-dryer combo. A convection oven, a very quiet modern dishwasher, and a microwave are all part of the fully furnished kitchen.
The property has undergone a whole makeover, with warm, contemporary paint applied to the exterior and inside.

Villa La Dolce Vita has number 114 and is located in a spacious green area that is only allowed for pedestrians.
Behind the deep garden (35 meters) is a small river behind which lies a large public park space.
The villa is situated on a large plot (approximately 35 by 15 meters, a total of approximately 525 square meters).
You cannot see or hear cars or a road from the villa. The situation for the sun is perfect.
There is a parasol and a large awning and there is usually a nice breeze because it is only a few hundred meters from the ocean in a wooded area.
