RENTAL RATES 2025 PER WEEK*
Villa La Dolce Vita, our Superior villa on the French coast, cannot be booked through the park reception and/or tour operators.
Because we manage it ourselves, you will have personal contact with the owner and upon arrival at the villa and during your stay with his assistants who will kindly assist you on site with everything.
The experiences of our guests with this method are very positive.
We are the first owner of the villa and are happy to point out the many positive reviews and our regular returning guests and send you for verification both the notarized proof of ownership and our identification, so you have absolute security.
You will receive agreement and invoice after your written reservation with us.
We offer you also in 2025 a Villa La Dolce Vita advantage of 15% and as the only one on the park all inclusive prices so you know immediately where you stand.
This saves you hundreds of euros per booking.

- Final cleaning of the villa worth € 140, –
- Service package with beds, towels and kitchen package worth € 31, – per person
- Maximum 1 pet (only after prior approval)
- Reservation fee of € 49,-
- Energy consumption, pool and garden maintenance and superfast fibre-optic internet
